Job Description

Essential Duties

  • Perform routine systems support.  Analyze discrepancies and system failures.  Determine and perform corrective action.  Coordinate with external vendors and/or consultants as necessary.  Facilitate and perform resolution activities to minimize business impact and avoid future exposure.  Inform and update supervisor of business implications associated with those events.
  • First point of contact for onsite technical support and remote support for regional offices.
  • Install new systems/hardware and implement modifications to existing systems/hardware to provide new capabilities, products, and/or services, or eliminate outstanding issues.  Ensure installations are compatible with the service environment and meet customer needs in terms of quality, reliability, and availability.
  • Assist with special projects and other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of relevant work experience in technical help desk support in a corporate environment.
  • Experience utilizing a help desk ticketing system.
  • Experience with Office 365.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences.
