Job Description

Job Purpose: 


Responsible for the maintenance and reconciliation of bank accounts for USAA Real Estate.  Record intraday cash activity on a daily basis.  Responsible for daily tenant receipts.  Responsible for weekly ACH/Check runs and processing wire transfers. 


Essential Duties:  

  • Reconcile approximately 60+ bank accounts and work with Accounting to resolve bank differences.
  • Review, analyze and balance 60+ bank accounts to bank on a daily basis.
  • Responsible for ACH/Check runs.
  • Process reimbursements between multiple accounts.
  • Record intraday cash activity on 60+ bank accounts.
  • Responsible for mid-month bank reconciliations on 60+ bank accounts.
  • Cash movement, wire transfers, and ACH transfers.
  • Recommend and implement process improvements.
  • Make copies for accounting, scan and file backup.
  • Qualifications may warrant placement in different job level.

Minimum Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field; or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years Cash Management/Treasury work experience.
  • ACH/Wire Transfer and heavy Bank Account Reconciliation.
  • Highly proficient in Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to meet strict daily deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.

Physical Requirements:

  • Regularly required to sit for extended periods of time; frequently required to stand, walk, and use business equipment daily such as computer, copier, fax, telephone, etc.; frequently required to reach overhead, bend, and lift objects of up to 40 lbs.
  • Ability to handle stress caused by multiple priorities, and other unforeseen situations associated with the organization.
  • Eyesight and hearing must be correctable to standard level.
